Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below carefully before permanently deleting your GEO PhotoMark account.

What Happens When You Delete

  • Your profile, login credentials and account settings will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • All location-stamped photos, notes and gallery items linked to your account will be deleted.
  • Your Check-In, Check-Out and GPS tracking history will no longer be accessible to you.
  • Any saved emergency contacts and SOS preferences will be erased.
  • This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered once processed.

Data we may retain briefly

  • Backup copies purged within 30 days
  • SOS / safety logs (legal compliance) up to 90 days
  • Org admin attendance records per employer policy
  • Deletion request itself (audit trail) 12 months

If your account is linked to an organization, your admin may retain attendance and photo logs required for their internal compliance, even after your personal account is deleted.
